Elaine Wozny, Administrator (978) 768-7614
Ms. Wozny is responsible for all septic system (Title 5) related matters
in the Town of Essex. Ms. Wozny is also the Board's office manager and is
responsible for coordinating the activities of all Board staff and
contractors and performs beach water quality testing and other
Board-related tasks. Further, Ms. Wozny is responsible for enforcement of
state and local regulations including routine & complaint inspections of
housing, food service establishments, environmental, and other issues. She
is involved in emergency prepardness, first responder training and public
outreach.
Ann White, Administrative Clerk (978) 768-7614
The Clerk is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operation of the
office including answering all phone calls, keeping official logs and
records, recording and typing of meeting minutes, and a variety of other
clerical and organizational tasks.
Kim Paskalis, Public Health Nurse (978) 768-7614
Ms. Paskalis is responsible for following up on all communicable disease reports,
public outreach, administering vaccines and other related duties.
She works part time and can be reached trrough the Board of Health
office
Mario Salvatorie, Food Inspector (978) 768-7614
The food inspector is a part time contracted position, responsible for
routine inspection of food service establishments in Essex.
