Building Permit Applications:

        John Guerin of 5 Martin Street will present a building permit application for demolition and rebuild.

        Stanley Rusnak of 132 Southern Avenue will present a building permit application for the addition of a 7’x10’ mudroom and the remodel of a greenhouse room.

Appointments:

Public Hearings:

7:45 pm Hearing on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Scott Galber to renovate the existing structure with all renovations to remain within the existing foundation footprint at 15 Ice House Lane.

8:00 pm Hearing on an Abbreviated Notice of Intent filed by Holden Essex LLC to remove existing electrical meter panel currently located in the 100 foot buffer at 2 Scott’s Way.

8:15 pm Hearing on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Charlotte and Ted Guldemond to add a 236 sq. ft. mudroom at 5 Ralston Drive.

8:30 pm Hearing on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Roger N. Hardy c/o The Neve-Morin Group, Inc. to perform regarding with the 100 foot buffer zone at 5A Island Road.

8:45 pm Continuation of a Hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by Tom and Joe Pallazola of Pallazola Brothers Landscape Construction & Maintenance to 1) expand an existing paved and gravel area storage yard; 2) expand screening and stormwater management features; 3) relocate an existing compost area and add a concrete block containment wall around three sides of the compost area; and 4) relocate material storage bins at 60 John Wise Avenue.
