The primary function of the Finance Committee is to review Town budget requests and revenues, and make recommendations to Town Meeting.
Additionally, the Committee reviews requests and makes decisions whether to transfer funds from the Reserve Fund for extraordinary or unforseen expenditures over budget, that occur during the fiscal year. |
